Tiger Woods loses number 1 to Lee Westwood !!

So as many of you may have heard, after being number one golfer for 281 weeks(5.4 years!) As well as having held the number one title for the most consecutive amount of weeks as well as the most amount of weeks in total, Tiger Woods has now lost championship to golfer Lee Westwood!

Just as Tiger Woods had, Lee Westwood has obtained the title of No. 1 golfer in the world, with out having won a major tournament even once this year! He`s only the 4th golfer in history to be known, and crowned with top golfer of the year, with out doing so!

Although Tiger woods had held the status of being No. 1 for over 5 years now, since 2005, he didn`t seem to mind losing his place, and seemed to have a great attitude the whole time.
“As far as the world ranking is concerned, yes, I’m not ranked No 1 in the world,” Woods said. “In order to do that you have to win and I didn’t win this year.”


Meanwhile, I`m sure Westwood was very thrilled to have taken No. 1! Having started his career much later in life than many (13 years compared to Tiger Woods` having started as a meer baby!) Westwood was definitely lucky to have the upper hand in this tournament, and we can only hope he keeps it up!

Way to go Westwood! Sorry for your loss, Woods!

Cigar Guy!

So leave it to a random guy smoking a cigar, now known as `Cigar Guy` to take all of the attention away from Tiger Woods playing! A mystery man in a reddish toupee, fake moustache, chewing a fat stogey with a priceless expression seems to be the spike of everyones attention lately. Just before Tiger Woods made a shot that would smash photographer `Mark Pain`s` lens, he snapped this photo, catching a random bystander dressed for anything but a golf game!

We got Cigar guy to pose with one of our A99 Golf bags, with a beautiful model and Castro! Hi everyone, it`s been a great week, and as usual, I`m glad to be back :)
So I`m sure many of you have heard of A99`s Golf Range Finder, a neat device that easily lets you see how far you are from your flag. To use, you simply turn it on, look through the eyescope and press a few buttons. When you look through the eyescope it will show you a few lines, one which you line up with the ground, one with the flag pole, and one that moves when you push the button. World News

Hi Nyla Stormy here again, spokes model of A99 Golf. So there`s not much going on with A99 Golf, still the same high quality golf gear for the same great prices. (a99golf.net)
There`s a lot going on in the world though of course! Such as Europe winning the Ryder Cup by one point against USA! USA was definitely keeping up, and at many times ahead of Europe, however the loss of 3 to 1 on the last game is what really killed USA this season. Fortunately there is another 2 years for these teams to train and maybe USA will catch the winning break is 2012! Anyways good job Europe, and close call USA!

Other exciting news in the world right now, Chilean miners were finally rescued! After being trapped about half a mile underground for over 2 months, the rescue of these 33 workers is finally underway. All of these men survivors of a very shocking disaster, which will change their life forever. Luckily, after surviving with no sun, far from normal society life, there have been no fatalities or known sickness. With a whole new life journey and an added bit of fame waiting for them at the top, these miners seem to have just begun their lives.

It has been another great week for A99 Golf.
